ST. LOUIS, Oct. 25, 2012 -- The board of directors of Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE:ACI) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the company's common stock.  The dividend is payable December 14, 2012 to shareholders of record on November 30, 2012.
