ST. LOUIS (September 7, 2004) - Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE:ACI) today announced that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Steven F. Leer, will speak at Lehman Brothers' 2004 CEO Energy/Power Conference in New York City on Wednesday, September 8. Leer will outline the company's strategic direction.
